UNABLE to send text msgs

I can make and recieve phone calls and recieve text msgs but can never respond....tied my public mobile sim in another phone and i am having the same issue so it is account related not phone related. Can someone help reset my account so i can send txt msgs please ? I don't really want to drop another $11.50 on a sim card for something that isn't my fault. thanks

@brandonci97, If you are already working with a mod, then you should see it through with them. I don't think you want to start all over again from step one.

I have a very important issue that needs resolving and i am being put off until tomorrow. Not one thing was done for me but thanks
