Hello ,

I just got a new phone that supports eSIM and my old phone does not support it. Because of this I am not able to use the new phone.

You can switch to eSIM for $5. Download PM app on the new phone, buy from Account page , choose Purchase sim card and select esim

Does your new phone have a SIM card slot? If it does, the Public Mobile SIM card that is in your old phone can be inserted into your new phone.
