Hello,

I can not use my international long-distance minutes when I call it says; "sorry your call cannot be completed is dialed".

remember, the international minute add-on or the bonus LD minutes cam only call to some countries but not all

if you got the add-on, these are the only counties you can use it to call

**Intl long distance Add-On included countries: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada.

@Saghi, you country must be in the list below to be able to make long distance calls:

1. Do you have an LD add-on or does your plan have LD minutes?

These are the counties available to call?

there's no point in messaging Customer Support as PM has no calling plan or add-on that includes Iran...you'll just tie up the already busy customer support group. As suggested by @hTideGnow , get down to 7-11, Canada Tire or Walmart even as they have long distance calling cards available. You can also look on-line for calling minutes you can get.

as said on your own post, St Pierre and Miquelon is a French territories, and the France LD does not include that, only include mainland France
