      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi im curious if anyone is having an issue with &amp;nbsp;the auto renewal. &amp;nbsp;My account today did not renew on its own. &amp;nbsp;I tried to do it manually through the app and it says that it's unable to process it at this time. &amp;nbsp;I &amp;nbsp;have tried several times and keep getting the same response. &amp;nbsp;Its not a problem with my credit card. &amp;nbsp; I have had no service all day. &amp;nbsp;thanks for the help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
