      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;BR /&gt;My SIM card is currently stuck in the mail with the Canada post strike and has been since I signed up November 10. I have the option of using e-sim with my current phone. The chat told me I can temporarily use an e sim while I wait for my physical sim but I don’t have an email with a e-sim QR code in my activation summary because I requested a physical card. How can I activate my account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
