      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased an eSim from Public Mobile online. I have recharged it with $35 per month. I have not been receiving any incoming calls since then. I am able to call anyone with outgoing calls. But when someone tries to call me, it shows number doesn't exist. I need help with incoming call activation. Kindly help at the earliest on steps to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If not then you&amp;nbsp;will need a CS_Agent to help you fix this issue.
