      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I cannot get network connection with PM in Mexico and can therefore not cannot receive the text you are probably sending me to authorize the port out.&amp;nbsp; Could you authorize the port out through messaging ? or emailing ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Not email unfortunately.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM has recently introduced Mexico roaming packages.&amp;nbsp; If you turn on roaming in Mexico, see whether you can connect to ATT.&amp;nbsp; Might then be able to receive texts.&amp;nbsp; Or one option is to spend money and do an immediate plan change to one of the Mexico plans and you should receive the text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Saying that though, trying to&amp;nbsp; port out of PM while traveling in Mexico (or USA) can be trickier.&amp;nbsp; Is it possible to wait until you are back in Canada?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Dunkman,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes to all 4 questions &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did not think of changing to one of the Mexico plans...i think that may be my best bet becasue i cannot wait until i am back in Canada as i am here until April&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why do you think it may be tricky to port out from here if I have network connection and could authorize the release of my number ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you think there's a way I can get confirmation that I can port out from anywhere as long as i can authorize the release ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I appreciate your responses...i feel i am stuck&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then I will get a notification that you tagged myself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The tricky part is that if something goes wrong. You are out of Canada and it is a hassle to contact customer service agent at either PM or new mobile company.&amp;nbsp; Does your new carrier have Mexico roaming also and at what cost?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The new PM Mexico roaming plans are quite popular.&amp;nbsp; If you are staying in Mexico until April, then this plan might be a good choice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could contact customer service agent to verify if your port would be possible while traveling in Mexico.&amp;nbsp; Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit ticket.&amp;nbsp; It will take several hours to up to 1-2 days for response though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
