    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have NO idea if I am replying in the right place.&amp;nbsp; I find the support on Public Mobile extremely confusing!!! And not user friendly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The alternate 236 number shows up on OTHER people's phones when I text them.&amp;nbsp; I no longer see this 236 number in my account.&amp;nbsp; I see no way for ME to resolve this issue.&amp;nbsp; Please correct within the Public Mobile system!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kathy Brandon&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You said they see the 236 number when you text them , what about when you call them? Do the see the same 235 number?&amp;nbsp; And are you receiving calls on your correct own number?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If text is the only problem but not voice, check you iMessage or RCS settings and see if it shows the correct number.&amp;nbsp; Also, check the sim card manager, check what number associates with your Public Mobile sim there&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
