Data usage while on wifi

I just signed up on my daugters phone and im looking at her usage history in the last couple days. I noticed both nights just after 12am there is a couple small usage charges and she is sleeping and not using her phone. Plus we are in the house on wifi and there should be no data charges. Did I set up her account wrong? her wifi is on and connected to our house.

no worries, that is not a live usage at that time. PM does not constantly update usage at the usage history page. They only update it at nice for the usage of the earlier day. So, that usage is the total usage of the day

@shewer Data usage is updated 2x a day so your always seeing the last 13 hours used , but it’s iPhone be sure to turn if wifi assist with this setting in and on wifi at home it can still use up the cellular plan data at same time
