I currently have a Public mobile plan 6GB 4G for $25. I saw that they have a $35 plan for US-Can-Mexico, can I switch to this plan and how do I about doing this.

You can just login your account and go to Subscription tab>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription. There will be a list of all the plans you are eligible for. Remember to switch on your Next Renewal date.

@Mar22 Yes log into your account “change plans “ and rennet to use the change on renewal option and not immediately or you lose money in your current cycle . pM is pre paid and no refunds for / pro rating for unused time

If you see it on your account after logging in you can have it, otherwise it is promo for new customers only.

Do Schedule change on next renewal or you will be immediately charged if you switch Now.

to be certain which plans you can have, you must log in to your account > Manage Subscription > Change Subscription ...you'll see plans available to you as not all plans are. If you decide to change...make sure to select Change on Renewal...otherwise it'll be applied right away and you pay full price right away...no refunds or pro-rating of plans. Another point to remember...you might have very few plans to chose from if you decide to downgrade after taking the $35 plan.

@Mar22, something to be aware, if you change out of the $25 plan you will not be able to switch back to it at a later date. Public Mobile does not give many options for downgrading to cheaper plans. I have the $34 Canada-US plan and I have all the options that are more expensive but only one $30 option
