    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have several questions and I am trying to follow the guidelines by reading the help articles first but I cannot access any of the help articles except the top "help articles index".&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I click on any of the "Browser by category" sub-topics nothing happens!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried three different browsers and also tried while logged in and logged out. Results are the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The chatbot just says use search or ask the community. Does that mean the articles do not actually exist?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Like I said, if go to the help articles index (same page as the link above from hTideGnow), click on a sub category to expand it, ie. click on the + symbol next to "My Account", pick a sub topic like "Public Mobile Subscriptions" and nothing happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot access any of the articles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will post my current questions in a separate post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
