Also, I would also try to reset your network settings as they have Virgin info on it. And finally, try your SIM card in a different phone. That might trigger a kick in the SIM card pants sort of speak. Then if that works, put it back in your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm having the same issue as others where I can't receive calls or SMS's after trying to port my number from Virgin. Can someone DM me the contact info to get this resolved? Much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FYI, I did receive the port confirmation SMS from Virgin when I tried to port yesterday, but when I replied YES, the SMS wouldn't send.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

After you tried to reply YES is the Virgin sim card working or is the virgin sim that isn't working but the public mobile sim working. Or are both sims not working. Or Is the Public mobile sim the one having issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
