      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have upgraded my service subscription from Basic Canada all included to the $29.00 Canada USA Mexico plan. My credit card was charged with the new subscription plan but I see no change in my Account. How do I ge Public Mobile to correct this mistake?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
