Hello.

I have moved to another province and would like to change my phone number. Do I need to purchase a new sim card to do that ?

@na_fa you don't need to change your phone number. Only if you want to.

You keep same sim.

If you want to change your phone number then you sign into My Account, and click on Profile. Beside your current phone number you click the pencil enter the city amd scroll through the list to see some you like. Click it and save.

@na_fa You can change your number in your account profile page , note you can change number 4x for free ever 30 days
