      <title>Call cannot be completed message for no reason</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am getting a "call cannot be completed" message even though I haven't made a call. I listen to the message and then sometime later I get another message. If I don't check the message, I don't get anymore messages. This has been happening for months.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
