      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/501873"&gt;@Heather-1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The website is finicky.&amp;nbsp; You can try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.&amp;nbsp; Or try a different device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deleting and reloading the app is a good idea also (mentioned earlier).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
