Nothing really changes. The rewards points will still be in your rewards account. Going forward, your 5% back in points may change due to the plan price changes. Friends and loyalty rewards stay the same.

@TRAmobile1 You will keep your old built up rewards points they still in your rewards portal changing plans won’t effect your rewards . Just log into your account rewards portal and browse the catalog one you have 15 points you can redeem $15 off your bill

the points will cumulate and no expiry date. You choose when to redeem or you can choose to keep collect it.

it is better (you earn more) to redeem for add-on. But you can also redeem 15 points for $15 point credit

but remember, those points are not transferable and will be gone if you leave PM. So, don't bank too much, usually better to keep using it just in case you decide to leave PM one day
