Are you trying to port your number in to your new account ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so make sure your PM eSIM is enabled /set to primary if iPhone make sure you toggle on “ turn on this line and reset network settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Toggle on “turn on this line”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Handy1_0-1733200495772.png" style="width: 185px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/145822i650AF03064EFF35B/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Handy1_0-1733200495772.png" alt="Handy1_0-1733200495772.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;And finale old carriers sim or remove it if physical sim and test again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
