    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/501370"&gt;@Bethiez&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first, make sure you use a different email from your other PM account, PM system is one email for one account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and did you use the PM app to subscribe?&amp;nbsp; If not, please download the PM app and try.&amp;nbsp; If you already using the app, then uninstall the app first, reboot and reinstall.&amp;nbsp; But try also create a new account using another email address to login the app and start the subscription, hope that works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I would like to switch over my other phone number to public mobile but it will not allow me to pay for it. It keeps stating that payment failed. I currently have my daughter's phone with public mobile and would like to transfer my phone as well. I already set up an account with a different email as it stated in your help section for me to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to purchase your 35 plan with canada, US and Mexico.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/501370"&gt;@Bethiez&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, if your payment card has been rejected a number of times today, it might be locked out.&amp;nbsp; If you try again, use a different payment card or wait 24 hours for the lockout to time out.&amp;nbsp; I find that enabling location permission on the app helps with payment success.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
