      <description>&lt;P&gt;issue resolved. have to call Fido to release the number and then call back PM to take over. What I did wrong was&amp;nbsp; that I didn't wait for the porting number confirmation txt from Fido. Thanks the community for all helpful msg!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
