Unable to see advertised plan for changing my subscription.

I currently have a $34/mo 50GB Canada/US plan. When go into to change subscription, I'm unable to see this $29/mo Cyber Monday plan. How can I get it?

you want to get the $35 roaming plan? You don't see it now but there is a workaround to unlock it if you see the $30 plan there on your My Account

You can first pick $30 plan and do a Change Now plan change , which of course you need to pay now and the remaining days on your current cycle will be wasted. With this, you might be able to unlock the $35 roaming plan, and you can then schedule a plan change on the following renewal day

I already have a $34 plan (US-CAN 50GB). I don't need all the data, but would like the $29 US-Can-Mex 10 GB plan. That's the option I can't see.

sorry, the $29 roaming plan usually only offered to people with $25 plan or below. So, at this time, you won't be able to change to it.

@Kunwar Unfortunately PM has made it very difficult to change to a cheaper plan. You can only change to plans that you see in your account on the app.

Of course I can. Slight difference though. It's $6 more.
I could just choose an alternative carrier, since I am price sensitive, and that carrier will offer it for $29 to me.

Only $1 more then your $34 plan for MEX roaming , or pay $30 for 20GB CAN/US 4G plan it’s the move I just made @Kunwar

@Kunwar If you are serious about changing providers if necessary, send a message to PM at the link below. Lay out what you have, what you want and show them that another company is happy to sign you up for less. All they can do is say no and you are no worse off as you port out to a new company. Come back here and tell us what happens.

i think this is part of Black Friday deals, people move around to find the provider the can save more. Less and less people stick to the same one for years
