You can either go to the payment section in your account

You can go to a place like Shoppers Drug Mart or a Gas Station and pick up a voucher and then dial 611 to upload it.

You can buy vouchers at gas stations and grocery stores. However to setup your account would have needed to attach a credit to the account to complete activation.

@Mama_bear After updating crest card info you need to make manual payment
