    <description>&lt;P&gt;you can pause it, just login and ask the 2FA to send to your email (by selecting Didn't receive code and Send eamil)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after you logged in, you can then go to Payment page, Manage Subscription and then turn off Subscribed there&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/500967"&gt;@Whateverthis&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes, you can pause the subscription for as long as 90 days or your account will be suspended&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you are out of country, you won't be able to receive the 2FA to login.&amp;nbsp; .&amp;nbsp; But you can still receive the code via email.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; When you are at the Security 2FA step, click Didn't recieve code and then there should be a option for it to send to email, choose that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you are in, go to Payment page, and then choose Manage Subscription and you can toggle off Subscribed there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or you can use this direct link to go to the page to turn off Autopay&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/my-payment/manage-subscription" target="_blank"&gt;https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/my-payment/manage-subscription&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
