    <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks for your reply- yes I have tried all of the above. I either get a black screen that says forbidden, or it just loops me around and around&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been with pm for 6 months now and have NEVER been able to login to my account. Service has been very bad so I decided to transfer to koodo (also on telus).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Koodo is unable to port my number because pm says its not linked to my account- but it is, it is active, and they withdraw money every month... I am locked in a crazy making cycle and I can't get out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just spent 3 hours on the phone with Koodo, who tried everything in their power to help figure this out- but nothing worked. My phone number is locked in with pm and i need to get it out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not having access to a live person with pm is the worst cost cutting measure... please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
