CAN-USA-MEX Subscription

I am on the $35 CAN-USA-MEX subscription plan. This plan does not include Roaming, right? Meaning if I go to the USA I still need to purchase a Roaming add-on?

Hello @fscool

No. This includes roaming in both the US and Mexico. No add ons needed.

Yes it will work in all 3 countries without the need of roamng. It is all good included.

That plan you have will allow you to use your PM service in all 3 countries...just as if you were at home. No other add-ons needed. If going to US, make sure you have a volte enabled cellphone that's on the PM whitelist of volte enabled phones...not all cellphone are on that list. Without volte, your talk features won't work in USA.

Please note you might get a notification when you cross the border for buying roaming bundles (automated message). You can ignore them as you have a plan that includes roaming in US-CAN-MEX. So don't freak out. 🙂

Make sure you turn data roaming on in your device settings. You're still roaming when you're in the US and Mexico, but it's included "free" of charge.
