Do any of the quebec plans include the Roaming to over 100 countries option ??

There's no roaming in countries other than Mexico or the US. International calling is only to call out to other countries, not while in them.

With Public Mobile, you can only use their service within Canada, United States and now Mexico. Nowhere else. You will need to pick up a SIM card from a site like this to use a service like TextNow or something like that in other countries.

thank you. I got it confused with what i saw at Freedom Mobile.
