      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys, new convert to PM on the $35 US/MEX plan with 500 LD minutes through a FB link but three days later minutes are still not showing in my subscription. &amp;nbsp;My husband signed up using the same link and was able to use a 50% off code but I wasn’t not. &amp;nbsp;Been trying to talk with an agent since Friday, no luck chatbot is useless so I opened a ticket yesterday morning but no response, any ideas on my next steps? &amp;nbsp;Laura&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;for the LD,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;PM is known to have missing plan details&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Luckily PM is prepaid, so you can test calling the countries that are supposed to be included and if calls go through, then it means included&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or you can also ask PM to confirm.&amp;nbsp; (use this to open ticket for the 50% code problem)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
