usa roaming is not working as an add on.

my usa add on roaming package is not working to call in or out. I have roaming turned on and it is picking up at x t but still not working. my husbands is working fine. settings are the same. any help would be appreciated. Different phones. His is samsung and mine is Umidigi fe pro v5.

The could be an issue of the device not being VoLTE capable or of Public Mobile not allowing this device to be used with VoLTE. If that's the case, yuou'll have to see if there is a 2G network available for voice calls or you'll need to use a different device to use your Public Mobile voice services.

Maybe try connecting manually to T-Mobile if it’s available.

When did you use your phone last in the USA? How long ago? The issue with VoLTE compatible phones just happened within the last year or so when the 3G networks were decommissioned in the USA. For proper voice calling in USA, you need an approved VoLTE whitelisted PM phone. Your phone is not on that list. You can try connected to T mobile 2G network for calling. Not very reliable at all.
