      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/499380"&gt;@Suffering&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your PM account is active, PM should not be blocking your port request.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should ask Chatr to initiate port request again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use your PM account number, account holder name and phone number for port request information. Avoid using IME of the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still having issues, contact customer service agent to see if Public mobile is doing anything to block the request.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
