I downloaded the eSIM onto my iPhone by accident but I just want the QR code to scan to start up my android phone. How do I get a new eSIM as the QR code says it’s already in use?

complete the eSIM setup on your phone first. Make sure it works and can receive text for PM login

then go to the new phone, download PM app and login and get a eSIM replacement via the app

if for any reason you cannot download the app on new phone, message PM and ask

You should be able to download the PM app on your android phone. Once downloaded, login into your account and "purchase" a eSIM (it should be free) and it should download onto your Android phone.
