      <description>&lt;P&gt;I missed my payment and so my account got suspended, i couldn’t find where to make a payment online or on the app and i didn’t know my phone pin was a thing so i obviously don’t know what it is. I changed my plan as a solution and got charged for the new plan, I then got charged for the old plan that i missed the payment on..???&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
