      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I recently subscribed to a plan, but when I tried to activate my SIM, I received an error message stating:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;“Invalid Phone Number. Please enter a valid Canadian phone number. If you are transferring your Koodo Prepaid number, please contact a customer support agent by clicking ‘Need help’ at the top of the screen.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My number is not a Koodo number; it’s a SaskTel number (639-xxxxI also tried using the app support, but it’s not working, and I am unable to log in&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could you please assist me with this issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
