It might be just fine today. You could try rebooting your cell to see if that helps. I don't see anyone else reporting similar issue in Toronto...but it's early !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Reset your Network settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are referring to your home internet than it is your home internet provider that is the issue. Try unplugging the modem or router for 30 seconds and plug it back on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
