      <title>Forbidden A1</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was setting up my new account/sim.&amp;nbsp; I got my old number ported over but my new sim won't work and when I try to login to my account I get a forbidden A! message on my phone and PC&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I've restarted Multiple times.&amp;nbsp; Its a physical sim.&amp;nbsp; My phone recognizes it as a Public Mobile Sim.&amp;nbsp; When I try to login to my account online I get a message that says Forbidden A1 and wont login.&amp;nbsp; If I try in the app it just closes.&amp;nbsp; Tried calling *611 and it has a recording that my subscription was my service was deactivated due to no payment.&amp;nbsp; If I try to make a call it says I don't have an active plan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
