How to switch to a cheaper plan

I tried to switch to the 6 GB $23 plan from my current $25 plan. But the $23 plan doesn't show up on the available plan list after I clicked the change subscription button. The lowest plan is a 10 GB $25 plan but I don't need that much data. How can I switch to the 6 GB $23 plan?

@NH56789 Unfortunately, PM now offers personalized plans which means not everyone will see all advertised plans. Currently, they do not allow you to change a plan to lower cost. You only see plans that cost higher than what your current plan is. They offer specific deals to new and existing customers.

I have the same plan as yours. Yesterday I also tried to switch to 6GB$23 but it didn't show up on my account.

I guess we only can switch to higher price plan. Luckily yesterday evening , I switched to same $25 but 10GB. Today this plan is gone .

Unfortunately you can't downgrade plan price currently. In the meantime I'd recommend you schedule a plan change to the $25 for 10GB at no extra cost before it's removed from your account. If you are on the $25 1GB plan your data will be upgraded from 3G speed to 4G speed.
