      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good evening,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was helping my son to transfer his number to PM from Rogers.&amp;nbsp; The esim is not working, he's still with Rogers after 24 hours.&amp;nbsp; Please help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/498651"&gt;@simonzang&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did he got a text from Rogers for approving the port?&amp;nbsp; He needs to reply Rogers within 90 mins&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And for the esim, check if it is installed on the phone.&amp;nbsp; Check the Sim Manager or Settings-&amp;gt; Cellular, make sure it is there and enabled (or Turn on this line is enabled) and set as Primary.&amp;nbsp; Try try Reset Network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even without porting done, he should at least able to make outbound calls and data should work.&amp;nbsp; Let us know if those work&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Reach out to the Agent via message, and reinitiate the port process, &amp;nbsp;when Rogers send you message to confirm, read carefully, is that YES or Yes, because its case sensitive, when its all done, you will receive message from Public to confirm the port is done.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
