    <description>&lt;P&gt;I heard back from them 45 minutes ago asking for account info, etc.&amp;nbsp; No update since then about when it will be fixed, when I'll have service or access to my account.&amp;nbsp; So far I rate Public Mobile as a 1/5.&amp;nbsp; Will continue to update so others can see how they navigate this.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just transferred from Telus.&amp;nbsp; They have completed the transfer on their end.&amp;nbsp; But I was just told that transfer couldn't be completed by Public.&amp;nbsp; And I'm unable to log in.&amp;nbsp; And there's no customer support.&amp;nbsp; And I don't have service.&amp;nbsp; What do I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update: It's been 3 hours and Public Mobile was unable to help me.&amp;nbsp; They said the only thing that can be done is to drive an hour to the closest Telus store and buy a sim card.&amp;nbsp; And apparently that will fix the issue.&amp;nbsp; Terrible service.&amp;nbsp; I'll likely move back over to my original provider.&amp;nbsp; I do not recommend Public Mobile to anyone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
