Plan change mid-way affect discounts?

I have run out of data for my 90 days about 3 weeks short of the time. I forsee this happening each month now so I want to up my plan. I have nothing to lose by switching now and it is cheaper than buying the data addon. However, I have to top up my account for the full amount (instead of the autopay that I am used to using) in order to get the updated plan now. Will I still get my bonuses (autopay, loyalty, etc) or do I lose all of that?

The rewards will not be impacted at all by plan changes.

As long as AutoPay is enabled, you will not lose the AutoPay rewards. Topping up is just paying early and it does not effect your rewards.

I was not given the loyalty discounts and I was charged even more than the listed price. I have sent a private message to the the mods to get this sorted out. For those switching midplan, beware! You have to keep an eye on it.

We absolutely lost our loyalty points for doing this as a moderator pointed out. Nothing to be done about it, but I'll remember for the future.
