I love the support community-great Q&A, and wonderful learning space. I have a couple of questions. Do i need to sign on (even though I signed into public mobile) to the community? And then how do I respond to posts?

you have been doing right. Just post questions here when you need help like what you have done

the Community login and My Account are the same, so, after you logged in, you can just come to the community and post a question. Or if you know the answers to others' questions, then just reply

@NorthernLights that's correct.

I only login to the Community. I only log into my account when I need to do something specific or check my account. Once I log in, I hit the Community button. From there, you would need to log into My Account. (But each person's setup could vary)

You'll get the hang of it eventually 😌

Yup, on my phone sometimes it will allow me to access the community without logging in again, but most cases I have to log in. Computer is the same, log in twice
