    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/498776"&gt;@AndieC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I ported my number from a shared account with another provider and had no problem. &amp;nbsp;It might not be necessary but since you're moving everyone over I would switch the named account holder with Telus last. &amp;nbsp;Bear in mind that the SMS you get from Telus to authorize the transfer has to be replied to within 90 minutes of receiving it, although having said that since PM is a Telus company which may help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just subscribed to PM and want to port my number over from Telus. My husband and son also share my Telus account - I will be signing them up for PM next. When I go through the app to transfer over my number, it wants me to authorize the cancellation of my Telus account. I don't want that account to be cancelled until I have ported over all three of our phone numbers. What do I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/498776"&gt;@AndieC&lt;/a&gt;, make sure that when you bring over your husband and your son that they are each setup on their own accounts (using a different email address) as there is no family account setup with PM. Each customer needs to have a unique email address to ensure a separate account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
