Hello, so what was the issue that they fixed? I have the exact same issue and When I contacted them they told me its not Public Mobile's issue but CHAT-R. I transferred my number from there and able to make phone calls and use data, just not sms. I also transferred my wife's phone but had no issues with that from Chatr.

so, you have trouble with only sms ? are you on Android or iPhone?

SMS only , correct. I'm using Android- S21 and a physical sim card. I have turned off RCS chat but still SMS does not work and unable to receive/send. I have tried restarting- changing phones etc, but same issue persists.

first try Reset All Networks

if that still does not work, uninstall Google Message, reboot and reinstall and try using Google Message for text and it should fix the problem
