      <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife want to switch to $29&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;CAN-US-MEX Monthly plan. But there is no such option when she try to change subscription in her My Account. She was in a 90 days plan. Anyone can help?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you do not see desired plan after logging in to your account then that particular plan is not available to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can open a ticket and ask agent if they can do anything for her but do not expect favorable resolution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/290118"&gt;@hzhang12&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is not using targeted marketing approach and only give users selected plans and not all.&amp;nbsp; And of course, if you don't see the plan, you cannot change to it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some tried to ask support for help to switch to plan they don't see but most got declined&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's weird.&amp;nbsp; That plan is on the plans page. It suppose to be available to anybody. It is not new subscription only.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
