Service problems

My phone is having service issues again. This has happened before and seems to fix it self over a couple days. Is telus doing any upgrades cause my mom's phone has the same issue and she's with telus. My location is southern ontario. Signal strength is weak but when I drive 10mins down the road its good.

did you try Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings?

Can you also test the sim in another phone?

and maybe test the phone in another area?
