      <title>old number will not go through to process transfer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to put my existing number to be transferred from koodo to public but it says I need to use a valid canadian number. My number is still active in Koodo. Also I have never used an E-sim before. This will be the first time. Need Help! Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
