      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/498091"&gt;@Cindy27&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;did you try to transfer a number from Koodo Prepaid service?&amp;nbsp; If so, this is normal.&amp;nbsp; Instead of requesting porting during activation, you will need to get a temporary number first.&amp;nbsp; Once activated, you will need to put in ticket with PM support for manual porting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are not porting from Koodo Prepaid, then check if your number can be ported here&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://secure.koodomobile.com/checktransfereligibilityparrot/checkSingle.do" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://secure.koodomobile.com/checktransfereligibilityparrot/checkSingle.do&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would get an invalid phone number error. So I selected a new number with the intent to transfer back to my old number once I was active on PM.       <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/498091"&gt;@Cindy27&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Bell must have a closer partnership with Skasktel .&amp;nbsp; If you know people in that number sets are using Bell as well, and you might be able to port into all other Bell's sub-brands as well.&amp;nbsp; But look like Telus/Koodo/PM are not accepting the number &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
