I signed up on Nov 23 and requested a physical SIM card. I didn't realize that PM would try to send it via Canada Post. I'd imagine I won't be getting it anytime soon. Will I be billed for this time that I don't have access to service? Is there any way I could get a credit or something like that?

It's possible that the SIM card is already on the way. In the past, I have received notification of shipments from Public Mobile after I had already received the shipment, and sometimes, there's no notification of the package going out at all.
