      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to activate. Received a text saying I created a new pin although I never did. I am being asked to enter the 6 digit pin that was text to my existing number but never received one. I try hitting resend but nothing is ever sent. How do I find or get this pin? Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was not getting the pin with my old carrier sim but when I put the Public mobile sim in the phone I received the pin and was able to activate. Everything is working now. Thank you for the reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
