Today is the renew date of my old plan. I am going to upgrade from $13 to $19 (4g) plan. Do I only need to pay for the difference?

@ada79, if you select the option to change plan on renewal, then you simply pay the new rate for the new plan on the next cycle. There is no difference to make up.

HI @ada79 if your plan already renewed today, do not use Change now to make plan change, you will have to pay full price and not just the difference

you need to schedule a plan change for next renewal (30 days later) by using Change on Renewal option

@ada79 No you will just have new plan and pay $19 + tax going forward
