    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I am wanting to cancel my plan with you guys, I just switched over today and that was a big run around first of all and then when I finally got switched over I can’t watch any videos, video calling is horrible quality and I’m in the city so I’m not very hopeful when I go home in the country. How do I cancel and do I get charged for the whole month or can I cancel and get refunded thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
