I ordered my SIM card over 20 days ago and still haven’t received it. What should I do?

not sure if it is related with the strike , but best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one

You should already receive it if it is almost 20 days...

You are Not going to get it soon as Canada Post is on strike.

Try to find Telus corporate store and buy from them; or ebay or Amazon.
When you get your SIM from PM keep it as spare or share with friend/family.

is there a Mobile Klinik in your area ? If so, they have the PM sims for about $10. Alternative...check with Amazon for $5 sim and fast shipping.
